This is where event and AV technology come together. As a technician, you install and commission equipment for events or permanent installations. During events and productions, you then operate the technology. From large LED displays to video productions, interactive experiences and audio systems, there is plenty to explore.

As a project manager, you are responsible for organising the project from planning through delivery. Alongside project management, your role includes communication with clients, suppliers and agencies.

In sales, you look after our clients, build business relationships and identify new markets and opportunities. You prepare and present proposals that meet each client's needs and bring projects to a successful conclusion. Regular contact with your clients helps you maintain and strengthen your network.

In sales support, you assist our key account managers with proposals, cost calculations, invoicing and other administrative tasks.

You make sure equipment is where it is needed. In goods receiving, you check deliveries and ensure that all equipment is working before it enters stock. In dispatch, you put together the required materials and arrange their safe delivery.

In equipment planning, you organise additional rentals when equipment is missing and coordinate with our suppliers.

You help keep the business side of our company running smoothly. In accounting, you manage day-to-day finances, receivables, payables and fixed assets. In financial controlling, you plan, analyse and monitor our figures and recommend improvements. In purchasing, you assess suppliers, quality and prices to find the right option.

In human resources, you help us find the right people for our roles and support managers and employees on all HR matters.

Once our projects are complete, you handle support requests through the service desk. Straightforward issues are resolved by phone or remote access. All client enquiries are managed through a ticketing system. You work with our specialist departments and suppliers to support the installations. As a service technician, you may support the same client regularly or visit different clients each day.

You diagnose faults, carry out maintenance and software updates, and make small improvements and changes to the client's systems.

In design engineering, you use CAD software to create technical drawings for our projects, commission external manufacturing and support installation and commissioning. In mechanical fabrication, you build structures in our workshop, with sawing, drilling, turning and milling as part of your daily work. Production also involves preparing equipment before it goes to site.

You work with playback PCs and media servers, preparing IT components for installation. This is also where we develop and build technical solutions for individual client requirements.
