Who we are looking for
We are looking for apprentices to join our 2027 intake.
What to expect
Your apprenticeship combines practical training with vocational school. We introduce you to the practical side of the role, while vocational school provides the specialist knowledge.
- Get a behind-the-scenes view of TV productions, trade fairs, permanent installations and more.
- With a focus on video and AV technology and mechanical systems, your work is varied. You take part in projects in Germany and abroad, from setup and commissioning to on-site operation and dismantling.
What you bring
- You enjoy working on small AV projects, have practical skills and are interested in IT.
- You have at least a German intermediate school-leaving qualification, with good results in maths, computing, physics and technology.
- Your English is good enough to communicate on international assignments.
- You are comfortable with flexible working, travel and weekend work.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a friendly manner. Ideally, you are already 18 and hold a category B driving licence.

What we offer
- Expenses and additional pay: we pay supplements for night work and work on Sundays and public holidays each month. Expenses are reimbursed weekly.
- Travel support: you receive a €50 monthly mobility voucher for fuel or rail travel. We also reimburse travel to vocational school if you use your own car.
- Free accommodation: we cover all accommodation costs during your time at vocational school in Baden-Baden.
- Achievement bonus: our top-performing apprentices receive a monthly bonus of up to €50.
- Workwear: we provide practical, high-quality workwear from Engelbert Strauss.
- Induction week: get to know our company, your team and the other apprentices, so you can start well prepared.
