AV project manager (all genders)

• Plan, coordinate and deliver AV installation projects throughout Germany
• Plan requirements and allocate equipment and staff
• Provide technical leadership for all internal and external project teams
• Manage the commercial aspects of orders and monitor project finances
• Manage variations and additional work
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards and applicable legal requirements and guidelines
• Advise our clients on AV technology
• Develop project plans and support the preparation of proposals.

• Several years of practical experience in AV technology, event technology or IT, particularly in planning, organising and leading projects
• An interest in LED, displays, projection, cameras, audio, IT, networks, multimedia, interactive media, broadcast and streaming
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, SharePoint, Visio or AutoCAD is desirable but not essential
• A category B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Germany
• Good German and sound English language skills
• A confident, professional manner
• Negotiation skills
