A hybrid concept is always adapted to the individual objectives of our client. Through the interplay of real and digital elements, you remain flexible and spontaneous adjustments are also possible.
The digital extension of real formats makes it possible to make content available on-demand. This means that even if visitors do not take part in the original event, they can still access all the contributions online.
Flying halfway around the world for an appointment? Via video session, both the audience and the protagonists can be connected flexibly and from anywhere.
The features of our hybrid formats make it easy to change the content shown: adaptations to the brand ID, real-time content or integration of audience contributions.
Sounds good, but what does it look like in reality?
For its participation in the digital ISH, BOSCH Thermotechnik GmbH rethought this year with ICT AG. At the BoschDirekt series of events, customers experienced live and on-demand content. A wide variety of formats were produced in a streaming studio on the Bosch Campus. An LED wall served as the backdrop, making it easy to switch between the different contents: from product presentation to expert talk in just a few minutes. A digital platform gave visitors individual access to the content - regardless of time and place. Here is an insight into the project.
Heil & Sohn has also remained flexible during the uncertain start to the trade fair year. Together with Holtmann+, they designed a very individual event: The km/h Exklusiv 2020. Here, too, physical and digital participants could take part in different formats. For this, they not only filmed in the hybr.id_space, but also set up smaller pop-up stands all over the company premises. For all those who could not be there live, the content was broadcast again afterwards.
