Who are we looking for:
We are currently looking for Project Managers Trade Fairs & Events (m/f/d) throughout Germany. We offer a permanent, full-time position.
This is what awaits you:
- You will provide advice and technical planning for customized media technology solutions and support the preparation of quotations.
- During the entire project, you will be the central point of contact for our customer and all interface partners.
- You will be responsible for implementing projects at international trade fairs and events. Thanks to your practical expertise and hands-on mentality, you will also lend a hand on site.
- You coordinate both internal and external teams and, as a team player, ensure productive collaboration and successful project completion.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training as an event technology specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training such as electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d) IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) electronics technician for information and systems technology (m/f/d) or media designer for image and sound (m/f/d).
- You have several years of practical experience in the fields of media technology, event technology or IT, especially in the planning, organization and management of projects.
- You have experience in the fields of video, audio or multimedia.
- You have knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), Office 365, SharePoint, Visio or Auto-CAD are desirable, but not an absolute must.
- You are flexible in terms of time, enjoy traveling and have a good command of English.
- You have at least a class B driver's license.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally, have an organizational overview and are confident in negotiations and service-oriented in your dealings with our customers.
