Microsoft – AV operations
Since September 2016, ICT has operated more than 400 rooms for executive briefings, meetings and video conferences at nine locations across Germany. Responsibilities include user support, maintenance and repairs, with response times of less than five minutes in some cases. A 24/7 helpdesk provides rapid support.
