MEDIA TECHNOLOGY AS PART OF MAR2020
More and more vehicle models and the desire of end customers for digital support also led to the increased use of media technology on the sales floor at Mercedes.

The term media technology refers to displays and display walls, audio systems, sensors and network technology, IT hardware and software, with the aim of multimedia staging.

Since 2018 we are a certified supplier and framework contract partner for the retail concept MAR2020

In the meantime, we have integrated the concept into more than 100 car dealerships, thus supporting a strong brand presence.

Project details

Planning of the media technology individually for each car dealership in coordination with the architects and adaptation of the standard concept to the local conditions.

Construction and implementation of the media technology elements including programming

Maintenance and repair A preventive maintenance concept ensures the longevity of the technology. In the event of ad hoc problems, our support team is linked to the Daimler ticket world and is part of the support chain in order to help as quickly as possible in the event of fault reports.
