Whether it's a trade fair or an event - communication thrives on mutual exchange. In order to serve the desire for #participation and create a feeling of togetherness, hybrid formats need a really good concept.
#Haveyour say
Voting via app makes it possible to ask both the digital and the real audience for their opinion. The answers can be played on LED walls for all to see and then discussed in detail.
#Exchange
Technical discussions on the sidelines of the fair or during the conference break: this is where contacts are made and news discussed. With break-out sessions, which can also be joined by the audience on site at terminals, we create space for these dialogues.
#Network
From the venue to the whole world. Video feeds allow you to connect with other venues, KeyNote speakers or participants. This forms a network that enables #interaction across the board.
How well that works for different client events:
The manufacturer of exhibition construction systems Octanorm welcomes its customers and partners from all over the world to the HYBRID SHOWROOM. The systems and products are staged at the headquarters in Filderstadt. The technical equipment on site enables digital visitors to immerse themselves in the brand world. Here, materials are explained, dimensions are opened up, functions are understood. All this is done interactively and in exchange with the experts from Octanorm, who move freely around the exhibition and can take both the audience on site and the digital visitors with them.
Some time ago, the Holtmann+ team hosted a political panel discussion in the hybr.id_space in Langenhagen. And both the physical and the digital audience got heavily involved. Questions and comments on the topic were asked in the chat and answered directly during the discussion, so there was a direct exchange that made no difference between physical and digital presence.
