A walk-through LED tunnel brought automated driving to life on ZF’s exhibition stand. An LED floor, reflections and moving LED spheres combined to create an immersive installation.

Description
ZF exhibition stand – IAA
The focus is on new developments in automated driving, presented through versatile AV technology.
The first eye-catching feature at the trade fair is a kinetic installation of LED spheres. It takes the form of a car, a wave or the ZF logo, making the stand a popular photo subject.
A 12 m wide LED wall shows the future of driving. It is integrated into a façade with more than 500 LED slats in different colours. Six 1.8 mm LED totems and around 30 displays explain the innovations in detail.
A walkable LED floor leads visitors into a curved LED tunnel. Here, 68 m² of high-resolution LED modules and carefully positioned reflections make visitors part of a futuristic world where automated driving is everyday life. The tunnel’s scale is also impressive: it spans 12,000 pixels in width, equivalent to 6 × Full HD.
Coordinated sound enhances the brand experiences across the stand.
