Quality
Our project-based business is guided by four goals: completing work on time, delivering the agreed scope, staying within budget and achieving the promised quality. We have been ISO-certified since 2018 and undergo regular recertification. Our core processes of project delivery and operation follow ISO EN 9001:2015. Alongside digitalisation, data protection and data security are high on our agenda. We also hold ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.

We uphold the values of the United Nations human rights charter and stand for clear principles, transparency, respect, fairness and consideration for others. To address this wide-ranging responsibility, we have developed our own Code of Conduct. Working well together matters to us, which is why our executive board trains every employee directly. Putting these principles into practice and upholding them remains everyone's responsibility, both individually and as a team.
