Who are we looking for:
We're looking for you to join us as an apprentice for the 2027 training year.
This is what awaits you:
Your training takes place in a dual system. We show you the practical side of the job, and you get the necessary specialist knowledge at vocational school.
- We offer you unique glimpses behind the scenes at TV productions, trade fairs, permanent installations and much more.
- With a focus on video/media technology and media mechanics, you won't get bored in a hurry. You are on the road on national and international projects and accompany them from construction to commissioning and on-site support to dismantling.
What you bring with you:
- You like to tinker with small AV tasks, are technically fit and interested in IT technology.
- You have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate and were good at maths, data processing, physics and technology.
- Your English is so good that you can communicate in international assignments
- Flexibility, travelling and working on weekends are no problem for you.
- You are a team player and have a friendly demeanor. Ideally, you are already 18 years old and have your class B driver's license in your pocket.

That's what we offer you:
- Expenses and Premiums: We compensate for night work and shifts on Sundays and holidays with premiums, which are paid monthly. We reimburse incurred expenses on a weekly basis.
- Travel Allowance: You’ll receive a 50-euro monthly mobility voucher to use for gas or train fare. In addition, we’ll reimburse your travel expenses to vocational school if you drive your own car.
- Free Housing: We'll cover all your housing costs during your time at the vocational school in Baden-Baden.
- Grade Bonus: The top trainees receive a monthly bonus of up to 50 euros.
- Clothing: We'll outfit you with practical, high-quality work clothes from Engelbert Strauss.
- Orientation Week: Get to know our company, your team, and all the other trainees, and start your apprenticeship fully prepared.
